SHIPPING POLICY
We will endeavour to send your purchase via the most cost effective means possible.

On placing an order, one of our staff will be in contact with you to advise the total cost of shipping.

For all non-bulky orders less than 3kg we use Australia Post or courier. Feel free to check the current postage rates for Australia Post at http://www.auspost.com.au.

Bulky items will be delivered via direct courier.

Items sent to remote locations may incur additional shipping costs as per courier company rates. Bar Lovers staff will inform customers if this is the case.

Please allow delivery time of 7-10 working days for all shipping.

Bar lovers will not be held responsible for any damage caused by or during shipping. We will however, endeavor to address any such issues with the shipping company involved.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

International orders will attract a higher postage rate, which is calculated using Australia Post. On placing an order, one of our staff will be in contact with you to advise the total cost of shipping. For a more accurate postage estimate, please contact us prior to purchasing.

ORDERS
All orders received will be processed within 3 working days and dispatched as soon as payment has been cleared. Any queries will be actioned by the next working day, we pride ourselves on our standard of customer service. RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact one of our sales staff at sales@barlovers.com.au. No returns will be accepted if prior arrangement has not been made. All warranties on goods are as per manufacturers warranty where applicable, we encourage you to take such matters up directly with the manufacturer. If you need assistance with this we are happy to help you. Returns will not be accepted if you have simply changed your mind.
