The information linked from Bar Lovers ("The Site") is subject to the following terms and conditions. By accessing or browsing the Site, or by continuing to do so, you accept these terms and conditions. This Site contains material which is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by Bar Lovers. In relation to the material in any form including without limitation software, documents, text, and images available on this Site you:

(a) may view, copy, print and distribute material in electronic or other forms only for personal purposes. If you do, you must retain copyright and other intellectual property notices from the original material;

(b) must not use or distribute material from this site for any public or commercial purpose; and

(c) must not breach copyright or any other intellectual property rights of Bar Lovers or the Commonwealth of Australia or its licensors including by amending or adapting any material on this site.

Nothing you do on or in relation to the Site will transfer any copyright or other intellectual property rights to you or licence you to exercise any copyright or intellectual property rights unless this is expressly stated.

In using the Site you may give us Personal Information in respect of which you have certain rights. By using the Site you grant Bar Lovers consent to use your Personal Information in accordance with Bar Lovers Privacy Statement and acknowledge that these terms and conditions of use should be read subject to the Privacy Statement.

The Site may contain material uploaded, posted, emailed or otherwise electronically transmitted (Posted) by users of the Site, including you (User Content). Bar Lovers does not monitor or exercise editorial control over User Content however Bar Lovers reserves the right:

(a) to access or examine any User Content; and

(b) at our discretion move, remove or disable access to User Content which we consider, in our sole opinion to breach any law or to be otherwise unacceptable.

You acknowledge that Bar Lovers may remove material Posted by you. You agree that Bar Lovers has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any communications or other content maintained or transmitted on the Site. You acknowledge that Bar Lovers reserves the right to log off accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time. You further acknowledge that Bar Lovers reserves the right to change these general practices and limits at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice.

(c) license Bar Lovers to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, sublicense, create derivative works from and incorporate in other works that material at any time in the future in any form and for any purpose and warrant that you have the right to grant this licence; and

(d) indemnify Bar Lovers for any breach of the warranties contained in paragraphs (a) to (c) (inclusive).

Use of the Site is at your own risk. All express or implied warranties, representations, statements, terms and conditions relating to your use of the Site or any information or content available from the Site, not contained in these terms and conditions, are excluded from these terms and conditions to the extent permitted by law.

You acknowledge that Bar Lovers may, in its sole discretion and with or without notice:

(a) vary the Site or any part of the Site; and

(b) modify or discontinue this Site, any part of the Site and the services available on it.

Bar Lovers is not responsible for any content found on a Third Party Page, or any site of which it forms a part. You must determine whether any page is part of the Site each time you follow a link to that page.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Bar Lovers and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Bar Lovers are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

These terms and conditions may be revised at any time. You accept all such revisions by accessing any part of the Site after that revision is made available from the Site.

This Site and any right or obligation under these conditions is governed by the laws in force in the State of Queensland, Australia (other than the conflict of laws rules) and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Queensland, Australia in respect of any action that arises under the agreement.

SHIPPING POLICY
We will endeavour to send your purchase via the most cost effective means possible.

For all non-bulky orders less than 3kg we use Australia Post or courier. Feel free to check the current postage rates for Australia Post at http://www.auspost.com.au. On placing an order, one of our staff will be in contact with you to advise the total cost of shipping.


Bulky items will be delivered via direct courier. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery to major areas, and up to 7 working days for remote or regional areas. Once items are handed to shipping companies - Bar Lovers is not responsible for the actions of these service providers or delays or caused by these parties.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

International orders will attract a higher rate, which is calculated using Australia Post rates. On placing an order, one of our staff will be in contact with you to advise the total cost of shipping.

ORDERS
All orders received will be actioned by the next working day and dispatched as soon as full payment has been received. Any queries will be actioned by the next working day and we pride ourselves on our standard of customer service. If for any reason you are unsatisfied by the way your order has been handled, please feel free to contact Bar Lovers’ Sales Manager, Rebecca Davis, at sales@barlovers.com.au.

Ownership title of goods shall not pass to the purchaser until full payment, (including cheques and other instruments being honoured) has been paid to Bar Lovers.

RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact one of our sales staff at sales@barlovers.com.au. No returns will be accepted if prior arrangement has not been made. If the problem was caused by ourselves or any of our freight companies, we will pay for the return. All warranties on goods are as manufacturers warranty where applicable, we encourage you to take such matters up directly with the manufacturer. If you need assistance with this we are happy to help you. Returns will not be accepted if you have simply changed your mind.
