SHIPPING POLICY We will endeavour to send your purchase via the most cost effective means possible.
For all non-bulky orders less than 3kg we use Australia Post or courier. Feel free to check the current postage rates for Australia Post at http://www.auspost.com.au. On placing an order, one of our staff will be in contact with you to advise the total cost of shipping.
Bulky items will be delivered via direct courier. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery to major areas, and up to 7 working days for remote or regional areas. Please note that once items are handed to shipping companies - Bar Lovers is not responsible for the actions of these service providers or delays or caused by these parties. INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE International orders will attract a higher rate, which is calculated using Australia Post rates. On placing an order, one of our staff will be in contact with you to advise the total cost of shipping. ORDERS All orders received will be actioned by the next working day and dispatched as soon as full payment has been received. Any queries will be actioned by the next working day and we pride ourselves on our standard of customer service. RETURNS If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact one of our sales staff at sales@barlovers.com.au. No returns will be accepted if prior arrangement has not been made. If the problem was caused by ourselves or any of our freight companies, we will pay for the return. All warranties on goods are as manufacturers warranty where applicable, we encourage you to take such matters up directly with the manufacturer. If you need assistance with this we are happy to help you. Returns will not be accepted if you have simply changed your mind.
